late arrival
arriving late may shorten your session in order to maintain the studio schedule. appointments cannot begin more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled start time. arrivals beyond this grace period will be considered a late cancellation.

we believe everyone deserves autonomy in their body and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with movement.
to help support this belief, ritual body pilates offers a limited number of sliding-scale opportunities for individuals experiencing financial hardship who are committed to maintaining a consistent movement practice.
sliding-scale opportunities are offered on a case-by-case basis, are based on availability, and are intended to support long-term participation rather than occasional attendance.
availability is limited and determined solely at the discretion of ritual body pilates. if financial circumstances are preventing you from practicing, we invite you to reach out. all conversations are held with care, respect, and confidentiality.

our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for every client. the following policies help ensure a consistent experience while supporting appropriate instruction and the wellbeing of our studio community.
peri-natal clients
prenatal clients are encouraged to participate in specialized peri-natal classes during pregnancy. beginning at thirteen (13) weeks gestation, prenatal clients are required to attend peri-natal specific classes rather than general group classes.
postnatal clients must receive clearance from their healthcare provider prior to returning to pilates in a group setting. postnatal clients are encouraged to resume practice through private sessions before transitioning to group classes. participation in general group classes may occur only after receiving approval from an instructor.
these guidelines are intended to support safe participation and appropriate programming and do not constitute medical advice.
hands-on adjustments
ritual body pilates practices a consent-based approach to tactile feedback. clients are given the opportunity to opt in or opt out of hands-on adjustments during each class.
consent preferences may be recorded in client intake forms; however, clients may change their preference at any time. it is the client's responsibility to communicate their current consent preference to the instructor prior to or during each appointment.
respectful communication
ritual body pilates is committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients and instructors alike.
we ask that all interactions with staff and fellow clients remain courteous and respectful. behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive is inconsistent with our studio values and may result in the refusal or discontinuation of services.
right to refuse or terminate service
aligning mothers llc (dba ritual body pilates) reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client if a client's behavior, health condition, or participation is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or not in alignment with studio policies.
any applicable refunds will be handled in accordance with studio policy and applicable law.
